国の政策と合わせ多くの企業で〝働き方改革〟〝ダイバーシティ促進〟〝グローバル化〟などの課題に取り組んでいる日本。厚生労働省が発表している〝「外国人雇用状況」の届出状況まとめ〟を見ても、毎年数万～数十万人単位で外国人の雇用は増えており、2016年に1000万人を突破しても、なお拡大し続けています。

I would like to get various experiences in Japan where technology is high. And I would like to contribute the development of Myanmar and other developing countries.

All Japanese people are work hard and they are very friendly and polite.

I want to work in Japan as an engineer, to study technology development and to be applied to make myself to be more knowledgeable.

Japan is a well developed country and disciplined in everything, have a strict and impressive rule in keeping documents, follow rule even it is a small thing.

I would like to work together with Japanese people and Japan also have a lot of engineering job vacancies.

For my opinion, Respect each other and always using JIT (just in time) method in all conditions.

I have to learn so may things. I think ABLE is the right place for my life long learning.

自分は日本語と英語を話せるので、アメリカより日本の方が両方活用できると考えたので日本にきました。

日本は安全でのどかな国だと思います。日本には余り変な人はいない印象をうけました。

現在、工事部で幅広く働いています。エイブルの先輩方のおかげで充実した毎日を過ごしています。
